Society Views | Friday | Police Officers

Hello everyone,
Today I'll be writing about Police Officers.
Before I get started I would just like to say this is my preferences on the system! If you have a completely different opinion, or a minor different opinion, that is great and I would love to hear it from your perspective, this can be up for DEBATE but I do not intend to be criticize for my opinion as everyone has had their own experiences, own thoughts and own interpretations on why they think certain things about certain matters.

The big bag wolf&the three pigs

Assuming we're all familiar with the story of the big bag wolf and the three little pigs, I feel as if this is relative to the youth around my area today. In other countries, based upon what I read officers walk around with their guns, and tazors and things of that sort. I have seen people in this country with guns, not yet to see one with a tazor. Regardless, this gives me the impression they are able to sort things out straight away, correct me if I am wrong as I am unaware of how things work over there but once again this my opinion. In this country, because of how little the 'pigs' try to work. It takes like three officers on one TEENAGER! Yes, I mean friends of mine are a little excuse my language, fucking mental but that is not my point. The officers simply do not try, they say a few words and if you refuse to go along with what they say, which most do because they make absolutely no fucking sense or drag things out or do not get your side or understand the full story simply because they can not be fucking bothered to listen, they call some more police or just send a warrant out for your arrest if you fail to attend court. Obviously when your support workers are telling you there is a high chance you're going to be sent down for the next eight months you are going to not show up. They spend more time throwing out lousy fines for the most stupid of things, eg. I know somebody (not putting names up for privacy reasons) who dropped a ten pound note and got fined for LITTERING. Excuse me? Is that just plain ignorance? And another thing that happened to a person I know, they got fined for a small strand of cotton falling from the back of their jumper. For a start, how are they even meant to know it fell if its so small, and from behind them. Also the ONLY reason the officers knew was because they were walking behind her. Any further and they wouldn't of even noticed, and how were they meant to know it fell of the back of her jumper unless they were staring if you get what I'm saying? It is beyond me.

The WORST thing I've seen is a copper grab my friends hair, pull her down to the ground gripping her till she shouted out in pain, shouting in her face 'FUCK UP, YOU DON'T SPEAK TO ME LIKE THAT!!!' and then the other coppers came around the corner and she was running with us, he puller her up shouting 'get up get up now' as if she had THREW HERSELF to the floor. When me and some of the other people there tried to explain to the other cops what had happened, the copper tried to say she had insulted him for him to do these things... as we said they were un-true they kind of ignored us basically saying to one of the boys telling them that it was lies and that an officer wouldn't of reacted that way for no reason. I am sorry but when you signed up for the job, you didn't sign up to attack a teenager like that WITH OR WITHOUT reason. May I just say she was caught in an area she shouldn't of been because of her asbo? Yet it was a necessary route to get to college which was her ONLY form of education, that they are meant to support.

I'm sure there are good things that coppers do in the UK, of course their must be. But in my path I am yet to find a decent copper or any that has done any good close to home. If and when my experience changes, I will write another post of the positive side. Till then I will not lie and say a bunch of shit that makes them sound great when I've never seen them in that light.

NOTICE
If the language in this offends you my apologies, just so you are all aware the language in these Friday posts may not be the most appropriate, but it is my way of getting across my passion and emotion on the subject. Also all the text written is true but I have not included names or anything for the security of the officers and 'so called criminals' mentioned. I also understand they do a lot of good and without them there would be no order. They just need to be properly evaluated or honest to their job before each individual one gets my personal approval which does not matter to probably everyone but still.

Thank you everyone for reading:)

Healthy Lifestyle | Wednesday | Edition 2

Healthy Lifestyle #2

Hey guys, so today I kinda wanna make a confession. Not only to clear my system of this, but to explain about how either this whole 'healthy lifestyle' thing is going to work, or so you understand that I'm still currently deciding whether to focus my time and efforts on this theme or not.
If you know me in real life, you'll know I'm overweight, Very overweight.
Some say I'm not but I know I am and people have told me.
I have lead a 'healthy lifestyle' a few times before where I've lost over a stone and kept it off.
I've also been in the position of gaining it back, starving, purging, staying in so nobody can look at my gross body and all that stuff. I'm constantly thinking about weight loss among side other things. I'm constantly imagining my body with more definition, muscles, a smaller skinny waist. A curvy body, a 'average' body and all the possibilities. I've studies and researched and tested out a LOT of different things to know exactly what I'm talking about and the dangers, pros and cons of all this stuff. But in reality, even though I got the knowledge of a dietitian and personal trainer after years and years of experience, I still chose to do unhealthy things in order for a quick result.
Then maybe now you could understand me when I say I feel like a hypocrite writing this section on my blog. It's something I'm really passionate about and love writing about but there's the after embarrassment of 'oh god, what if someone who knows how fat i am reads this? what if they think I'm speaking (excuse my language) shit or never lost the weight? what if they've only known me a week and think I'm full of myself? what if they think I'm dieting but then see me eat an entire diary milk chocolate bar?' and quite frankly it scares me a little bit.

I have considered taking a different aspect on the entire thing though. Maybe on a Wednesday it could be all to do with food or exercise. The good, the bad and the pros and cons of both sides. Sometimes it could be mixed up like a kind of 'how to make a..' or trying out these 'ana' diets on the web and giving a review and response. Kind of like taking my research a bit further and sharing it with you. I know it's been done on youtube, other blogs and sometimes TV but to do it first hand and share with you what works, how it felt ect. There could also be days where I could post about the other side of things too, e.g binge eating and how easy it is to eat so much food at once, but the calories consumed and how many days worth of calories eaten. Even though its something terrible to think about when you're addicted to eating the entire universe like me but it may make you a bit more aware the next time you feel like binge eating, and hopefully that will help you all stuck in the same position as me. Please let me know on twitter or in the comments if this is a good idea or not.

Also I know this post may come across a little personal with you all but I decided not to be too open, but be a bit more open with you all and maybe include the reason behind some of my choices for you all.

Thanks for reading my sweeties, good day all

Charger Organiser | DIY | Thursday

Good evening readers,
If you looked at the notice at the bottom of yesterdays post you would all know about my current living arrangements. This also means I may be busier some days than others. I know this may come across as lazy, but that is not what I'm trying to do. As I did not want to leave you guys without a post today, I am going to find a video from Youtube and put it below here and a little section at the bottom about the youtuber. Posts should be back to normal by tomorrow! Hope you all enjoy this little break from reading I guess!

This account does not get enough recognition! It basically is how to make things that most people find useful around every house hold, but yet it looks as if you had gone and bought it. It also may be more affordable, and ideal for you if you're on a budget. Some things you can not purchase, but it does help out, and really they should sell them.

Healthy Lifestyle| Wednesday | Edition 1

Hello everyone!
This post may be up a little late, but I will be explaining why to you at the end in a short notice. (Tell me if you prefer this rather than me writing an entire post on it)

If you've been reading my blog for a rather long time over the past two years as I know a couple of you who have reached out to me on twitter and I know you have been, you'd know I used to do a healthy lifestyle post before. Well, over the last two years I have had so much more experiences and found different things out and instead of continuing them kind of posts, I am going to start from scratch now. If things seem similar over the next couple of posts then that is the reason why. Here is edition one, and I'm actually going to be starting my healthy life style tomorrow so I can follow along to with my progress.

Many of us have tried these 'diets' and 'intense training' and I just want to start of by saying, that's all good if you want to struggle and feel sick straight away. Also, this is NOT a guide of dieting and intense training. This is about slowly changing things in your life for your health benefit, along with weight loss and slowly building up muscle. From experience, I have found do it gradually keeps the weight off, the muscles strong, and is easier to put into a habit.
Before we start with the foods, and exercises and all that stuff, the most important thing to do to make sure you succeed is to find what MOTIVATES YOU. The same thing isn't going to work for everyone. Here is a few ideas to motivate yourself;
1. Keep notices on your phone
They could be a quote that motivates you to get fit, or a photo. This way even when you're not eating or switching classes or at lunch time it will remind you that you are changing your lifestyle because at first a lot of the time you forget you're actually trying to cut down on sugars and things, then think you've 'messed up' today and will start again tomorrow. Remind yourself that that is an excuse. You are NOT getting any closer to your goal by waiting to start till tomorrow. Start NOW. Change NOW.

2. Create a pin board on pintrest and spend ten minutes a day adding to your board

This is something I do, as you can see above and if you want to check out my boards just click on them! The one I use the most is on private, and you guys can make one on private too if you don't want anyone to see it or know what inspires you. It may come across as personal to some people as it does to some extent to myself. Click on Create a board to set up your own account.

3. Keep images on your phone that motivate you
I used to do this all the time, in fact I still have some photos on my phone that I look at during lunch and break times at school to remind me of my goals. It is actually quite amusing in my opinion to go and find these quotes and images on google as it is something that motivates me and makes me feel good about myself and get a clearer image of what I want in my mind which obviously, motivates me more!

4. Put posters on your wall
This one may come across as weird, but if you was to put up on your wall your goals, your ideal body, little quotes etc. you will see them basically every single day, and it will remind you when you wake up and before you go to sleep that you got goals to achieve and that everyone, has the power to do it with a load of hard work and effort. In the end its worth it!

5. Keep a diary of your goals and progress
Once again, this may seem a little of sorts but if you keep a diary containing all your goals, your progress and all that kind of information, you can remind yourself to write in it daily and add little things in even if its just a few words or a doodle. When you feel like giving up you can flick through this and see how good you're doing, and think do you really want to quit now? Don't you want your goal bad enough? You are cape able.

NOTICE
Okay guys so a little notice why this is late, and about my posting schedule.
As you all know I'm currently in the process of moving into a new house, so if posts are late or I do not post on a certain day, it just simply means I have things I have to do. As soon as that is all done I will be pre-writing my posts so I will be able to do things through out the week, without missing a post. When this is all done I will be able to set a time everyday that a new post will be up.

Thank you for reading guys, edition 2 will be posted this time next week.

Goals&Achievements|Tuesday

Helllooo everyone!
Here is some goals that I want to achieve by next week;
1. Made a good start on my new room
2. Gain one new piece of make up
3. Drink more water

I know this is not a lot, but its really next week when the post will start to get bigger and explain more as I get to write of what I achieved, new goals and things like that. I will be asking you guys on twitter about your goals of the week and what you achieved last week and featuring it in my next post.
I think this is the shortest post I've ever published?!
Oh well..

☺Notice | New Themes☺

Hello everyone!
(I'm aware this is a day late, my apologies)
As you can tell  by the title, there are now new themes! Now of course you might recognise a couple of them, but they may be posted on different days in a different way e.g different part of the theme. Originally I started this blog with the intentions of it being based completely as beauty, hence why the blog is basically called beauty blogger. After owning this blog for nearly two years my interests have changed. As selfish as that sounds, I cannot write about something every single day that I no longer have a passion for. Therefore, I added some new themes and got rid of some of the old ones. I've kept a few that I still feel as if I can write a lot about, and are important or may help the readers of my blog. Now I'm going to tell you the new themes and explain them a little bit to you, also they're starting straight away. Because of how fast I'm going to be transferring things, Today (Monday 14/03/2016) I'm going to put up two posts. The new theme, so you can get a taste of what it's about. That post may be up by 8 o'clock UK time as it is a new set out and needs some thinking upon.

Monday - Weekly Agenda (plans)
A Weekly Agenda on a Monday, what a way to organise your life! Using either a website or self made stencil, I'm going to fill in my Agenda for the week. I will leave a link to either a clear copy, or the website I used to you too can fill out your own Agenda! Now I know we don't all know everything we're going to do on a Monday morning, but I will be going back and editing it when I get new plans, I may not include some things for personal and safety reasons. You can do the same too, but make it private or save it on your computer/phone/laptop or you could even copy it into a document and print it out for yourself. I will be adding a Key so if you do something then think oh I need to remember that or I wish I added that, you still can! (If you have any suggestions, changes, issues with this new post please do not hesitate to contact me on my social media or in the comments section)

Tuesday - Goals/Achievements (weekly)
This one is a little self explanatory. On a Tuesday, I will be setting goals for the week for myself, and then after the first post I will also include what I actually achieved of the last weeks goals. This may feel as if its for personal use, but to make it more fun you guys can join along, and I'll be asking on my twitter and younow when I actually start live streaming, some of you guys your weekly goals and last weeks achievements and featuring it on this blog! Also, if you haven't got a younow account I suggest looking it up. It's for live streaming, you can connect with facebook or twitter. If you're interested in seeing my live streams (based on youtubers and this blog) my name is @taralovescookie on there.

Wednesday - Healthy Lifestyle (ideas)
On a Wednesday, kind of mid-week there will be a post up all about either healthy eating, fitness, quotes and anything really to encourage a healthy lifestyle of others. Sometimes this will be applied to myself and other times not. If you're not interested in this stuff, and you're unhappy with yourself but do not have the power to lose or gain weight, keep an eye out on the confidence section on a Sunday as there will be body confidence posts in future.

Thursday - DIY's (Do it yourself tutorials)
One of my favourite things to do, is do things myself! On a Thursday I'll be writing about how to make things our of cardboard, old things, new things, anything! I'll be trying to make all different things so eventually you may be able to find a post useful or think that you'd like to do that! Send me your results on twitter and tell me about it on younow, and I'll be more than happy to feature it on my blog, if you would like. You may also leave suggestions in the comments of what DIY's you'd like me to try!

Friday - Society Views (Drugs,Sex etc.)
Okay so one of my hobbies, is participating in conversations and debates about social views. My friends and I can spend hours on end just speaking about other peoples concept of drug use, smoking, sex, age limits and things of that type. We speak about our own experiences and it is a really good pass time and you get a chance to put your perspective out there in a safe environment where you wont be judged! I know that sounds a bit ironic on the internet, but on this blog all comments are monitored and no unnecessary comments will be posted! I was thinking on putting live chats up about this so we can all discuss the matter.

Saturday - Before&After (make up&hair)
Not forgetting the real reason I started this blog, and I still have a strong interest in beauty and hairstyles. On a Saturday, either on myself or on a friend, I will create a different hair and make up look and create a before and after. Then I will leave a review by the one having their face done. Like I said, this could be me or a friend depending on what I'm actually meant to be doing that day or what I can plan.

Sunday - Confidence Building (Coping Mechanisms)
Last but defiantly not least, Confidence Building. It's been renamed, but this used to be the Monday post. The new version will occasionally have posts including copy mechanisms on how to cope during anxiety attacks, when your feeling low or are in arguments. I know that sounds irrelevant, but in personal experience that really does have a big impact on your own confidence.

I hope you're all as excited for this new theme as I am!
