Build your Confidence #2 | Monday (Tips) ♥

Hello guys,
just so you know if you checked my twitter, you'd of known I didn't post yesterday because I slept over my nans but like always, I'm still posting and here it is! (Tuesdays post will be up today also)
Today's might seem a little plain, but I'm just going to put up a list of 5 tips, with explanations, so I hope they help. These are also tips I think people just starting to build confidence should follow before others.
1. Dress proudly, smartly and appropriately.
Even though clothes doesn't necessarily define you as a person in some cases, it defiantly defines your mood. If you was to walk around wearing someone uncomfortable, or something you aren't exactly fond of, it put's you in a less greater mood. Where as if you was proud, and comfortable in what you're wearing, of course you're going to feel better about yourself!
2. Gradually start to walk faster
A walk tends to define people in certain ways. If you was to walk slow, slouched, people would assume you're not exactly confident and in the best of moods. Where as if you was to walk faster or more formal you look more put together, confident and happy.
3. Good Posture
This one means loads to me! If you sit slouched you look tired and not prepared, where as if you was to maintain good posture you look ready, sharp and you not only look more confident, but you feel more confident.
4. Be Grateful
When you focus on things you want, you tend to make up reasons why you can't or shouldn't have it. By focusing on things that you're grateful for it makes you feel good about yourself and the fact you have another day to even try and earn what you want.
5. Compliment other people
Instead of focusing in yourself, try and bring other people to be more confident, compliments should do the trick or at least make an impact.
